These prompts are designed to help you reconnect with what feels meaningful, energising, and true for you at this stage of life. There’s no pressure to have the “big answers.” Just explore what comes up, honestly, and without judgment.


Prompt 1 - When Do I Feel Most Like Myself These Days?


Think about the small pockets of your week where you felt calm, grounded, or simply “you.”

  • What am I doing in those moments?

  • Who am I with (if anyone)?

  • What thoughts or feelings show up?


Prompt 2 - If I Didn’t Need to Impress Anyone, What Would I Enjoy Doing?


Imagine removing expectations and judgment, even your own.

  • What activities, hobbies, topics, or interests feel genuinely appealing?

  • What have I quietly wanted to try but never made time for?


Prompt 3 - Who or What Brings Out the Best in Me?


Purpose often shows up in the people or situations where we naturally shine.

  • Who do I feel useful, appreciated, or energised around?

  • What situations make me feel steady, capable, or proud?


Prompt 4 - Where Do I Feel Quietly Useful or Needed?


This doesn’t need to be dramatic; sometimes it’s the everyday moments.

  • Where in my life do I naturally contribute something meaningful?

  • Where do people seem to rely on me, or appreciate me more than I realise?


Prompt 5 - What Small Things Give My Days Meaning?


Purpose often hides in the small things, not grand life missions.

  • What small moments make me smile, relax, or feel connected?

  • What do I look forward to in a typical week?


Prompt 6 - If Purpose Could Be Simple, What Would Mine Look Like?


Remove the pressure of labels, titles, or life-changing goals.

  • If my purpose could be small, gentle, or straightforward…

  • What would it be?


Prompt 7 - What Would a Purposeful Day Look Like Now?


Not your past life. Not 10 years from now. Just now.

  • What would a good, meaningful day look like in this chapter?

  • What would I do more of?

  • What would I do less of?

  • How would I want to feel?
