Women’s Life Transitions Toolkit - Worksheets, Prompts & Guides

This isn’t a worksheet about “goals.” This is a reckoning.

A moment to admit, without guilt, apology or minimising, what you truly want more of in the years ahead. Because if there was ever a time to stop whispering your desires, it’s now.

You have survived enough, sacrificed enough, and waited long enough. This is the space where you tell the truth.

1. What Have I Been Silencing?

Before you decide what you want more of, you need to acknowledge what you’ve muted.

  • Where have I been biting my tongue, shrinking, or playing down what I really want?

  • What desires have I ignored because they felt inconvenient, impractical, or “too much”?

  • What part of me has been waiting the longest to be heard?

2. What Hunger Has Been Growing in Me?

Desire often shows up first as restlessness, irritation, or boredom.

  • Where in my life do I feel an ache for “something else” even if I can’t name it yet?

  • What am I secretly craving more of,  the thing I never admit out loud?

  • What would I pursue if I stopped asking for permission?

3. What Would It Look Like to Choose Myself?

Not in theory. In reality.

  • If I unapologetically chose myself for once, what would change immediately?

  • Which desires feel dangerous because they would require me to grow or disrupt what’s familiar?

  • Where have I settled when I was meant to expand?

4. Truth Without Filters: What Do I Want More Of?

Let yourself name it, even if it scares you, excites you, or challenges your current life.

  • What do I want more of in my inner world? (freedom, courage, depth, tenderness, authenticity, solitude, self-respect)

  • What do I want more of in my outer world? (adventure, intimacy, learning, money, health, connection, fun, purpose)

  • What do I want more of in relationships, including the relationship I have with myself?

5. The Version of Me I Haven’t Fully Let Out Yet

Every woman has a future self she glimpses but hasn’t stepped into.

  • Who is the woman I could become if I stopped holding myself back?

  • What does she have more of, and what has she let go of?

  • What does she know that I haven’t admitted yet?

6. Choosing One Honest, Brave Step

Transformation doesn’t begin with a plan; it begins with a decision.

What is one step toward “more” that scares me a little but excites me more?

What am I willing to stop tolerating so I can step into this next chapter?

7. My “More Of” Declaration

Complete this with honesty, power and hunger:

“I want more…” (not polite answers, real ones)

And then:

“To honour this, I will…” (a commitment to yourself, not perfection)

The Edgiest Truth of All

Wanting more isn’t selfish. It isn’t reckless. It isn’t naïve.

It’s a sign you’re waking up.

Your desires are not inconveniences; they are instructions. They’re the map back to yourself. And you’re finally ready to listen.
